How do I add pic to Avatar?

Hi all, Loving my three week old X, I find myself posting on here would love to add a profile pic/avatar, how do I do this?

Go to "user cp" at the top of any page and then on the left hand side select "edit avatar" and then upload a family friendly avatar of your choice
