True Noobie question: Changing avatar on site.

I'm kinda embarrased to ask this question but i can't find the answer. How do i chang my avatar on this site? i changed my profile picture but i can't figure this out. can someone point me in the right direction?

click on User CP and change avatar is on the left hand side

Welcome! Good to have you. Look in the black bar close to the top of this page and click user cp. A new window will open and on the left, in red, you will see Your Profile. Click the third option edit profile picture.

I been sitting here roaming through forums and couldn't find it. It makes me feel better i not the only one who couldn't find it. lol
