How can I stop this??? I'm losing it...

The phone says "verizon wireless" numerous times each day... when a phone call is coming in, when I dial a number and hit call, when I am driving and no one's calling, texting or emailing me.

Is there a way to cancel this from happening any more?

Settings->Sound

There are 4 checkboxes at the bottom that have the potential to be very, very annoying. I would make sure they are all disabled.
