Wow, I have never had that happen and I listen to music quite a bit. You must be using a 3rd party app correct? What app?

no 3rd party app but maybe its because I'm using the liquid rom. my phone is rooted.just weird because no matter if I have another music app or not, the stock one will still launch itself when I plug in my headphones :-\
