How can I get my twitter/facebook widgets to look like this?

I browse other ROM forums when I get bored checking out themes that aren't on Sapphire and came across a smoked glass theme (which is what I'm using) that had themed fb/twitter :

Can someone give me a step by step on what I can do to make mine look like that?

LOL, just checked the thread for smoked glass and they're included in the thread! Please lock/delete. That'll teach me to read the thread before downloading and installing a theme, bwahahaha.
