how can i get movies on the Droid?

You need to be a bit more specific. Are you asking how to copy movies to your Droid or how to stream movies to your Droid?

Not free, but only $10 for the full version...look for DVD Catalyst 3.0. It's not an app, but a PC program. With it, you can rip just about any DVD or video file into the proper sized and configured H.264 MP4 that the Droid can play.

As for streaming, no, we don't have Flash yet.
