How can I flash a ROM from this?

It doesn't seem to recognize my SD card when I plug it in to my computer, so is there any other way to flash a ROM?
I would just restore to my backup on Liberty, but I don't think it works going from ICS to GB.

You are on the ICS build?

You should be able to wipe /system and /data and /cache from the 'mounts' menu in Safestrap and go. Unless you aren't using safestrap...

No I don't use that. But I found out its possible from the phone browser.
