Hotmail won't push through Droid universal email app

Hi.
Thanks in advance to anyone that can help me out.

I have linked my hotmail account to the universal email app that comes installed on the Droid Razr.
Data push is automatically set up, however I can only receive email when I go into the program and refresh.

I have no issue w/ data push in the Gmail app. I also downloaded the hotmail live windows app from market and there is no issue w/ data push when using their app.

I prefer to use the universal app.

Is this a known issue and is there a way to fix it?

I am having the same exact problem - only with comcast mail. It was working fine until last week and then everything changed. Very annoying!! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!
