Home key not working?

This is driving me nuts as I use the home key constantly and it doesn't work AT all. I also want to change my battery icon to the newer round icon, how would I go about that?

home key function can b changed in menu/adw settings/blahblah.i use the newer adw so im not exact on this, but it is there. or, try menu/adw settings/restore default settings. u may lose personal settings,but you can reset them in minutes. first option is easiest in that respect, hope u get it back.
