Home button help!

All the sudden my home button or icon on my Droid1 stopped working. Why I don't know but it sucks! I have to arrow back constantly in order to get to home screen. Any help would be awesome!! Thx

My back button has stopped working (no vibration when pressed) and my menu/home buttons randomly activate.

Anyone experienced these issues? I am thinking about doing a factory reset and restoring a Nandroid backup...but I am afraid that the restore will preserve the issue.
