Mundu IM. Did it install itself when I installed some other apps recently?

This is what i've installed lately and suddenly this mundu IM appeared...

Congress
Mint
Toss It
Paper Toss
Wave Secure

I know I didn't download it. 100% positive about it.

Hmmmm....Is it possible for a dev to create an app that can "piggyback" another??

actually yes they can. I can't remember what app I downloaded, but it downloaded a Notes App by 3banana. It said it required it for it to work.

So, it may have been piggybacked and it installed itself.

I don't think it was Toss it or Wavesecure. I have both of those and don't have Mundu IM.....never even heard of it.......hmmmmmm?

I even tried searching the market for mundu and it doesnt come up.

Bugless Beast includes an IM app by default, the icon is a couple of speech bubbles. Is that the one you're talking about?

yes. I found out it was an .apk file so not only did I download it,I mounted my phone and downloaded it.

I see it's no longer on my phone which is also interesting since I don't remember taking it off. And the .apk file is deleted too.

This is what happens when you drink or get past 55. Which is why I don't drink anymore, I'm forgetful enough.
