Hide Droid IP address

Hi. I' new to Droid and forums. I've poked around, searched threads, and as yet haven't found definitive answer.
I want to hide or mask all identification/IP address while surfing and downloading from internet (file sharing sites otherwise log/track your downloading activity, and also limit or control your downloading activity).

Also, proxies I've tried so far either don't work, or file sharing sites won't work with them.

Looking forward to getting up to speed with my new Droid and becoming a contributing forum member.
