Hidden SDcard slot

So i was cleaning my room and i found my old 2gb sd card from my last phone. I decided that it was still of use to me, so i tried to think of somewhere to put it. I opened the battery cover for my droid and i found that theres an unoccupied space just above and to the right of the droids SDcard slot that you can put another sd card in (of course it wont be plugged into the phone).

So for you guys that need multiple SDcards, theres the place to put it =P

Possibly, but i dont know. I just looked and my droid doesnt have the sim card interface stuffs, but maybe the milestone does. the SDcard fits nicely, sideways (compared to the regular sdcards orientation) right next to the origional sd card

got it online directly from sandisk.com managed to get 2 of them for free. My girl bought them using her works corporate card. Surprisingly her boss approved it as they think its a work related purchase.

Yeah, no way in holy hell that I would pay that price, but apparently, some do as they are sold out as of today:

You know, I saw that slot a while ago while changing the battery to a fresh one and never thought anything of it. Now that you brought it to my attention, I will have to find some of my old memory cards and give it a try. Thanks for the info.dancedroid
