Hi, Everyone. New Member: Droid X w/music player issue

Hello Community,
I am Shelagh, the proud new owner of a Droid X.
After a passionate three week love affair with my X, I am now experiencing two or three problems simultaneously.

Firstly the music player started to say "unrecognized file error." After reading here, in the forums, a battery pull seemed to do the trick.
However, immediately after the battery pull, the camera began doing something similar. it would "take" a picture- but when you went to open it it would be "unrecognizable".
Again a battery pull fixed it.

But something similar has occurred now three or four times over the last twelve hours... each time requiring a battery pull.

Any help- or even just warm wishes- are welcome and appreciated.

Try not just a battery pull but a regular power down. While the phone is off reseat the sd card and leave the phone off for a minute or two before powering back on. Welcome to the forums btw.

Thanks for the tip. I have done as you suggested and will see if it lasts!

your sd reseat idea made a lot of sense. Hopefully it'll work!
