Here is what I did....

Plugged my phone in and got my motorolla drivers installed....0pened rsd lite....clicked on usb in line 1 which made my phone show up in left column....load the file and it doesn't show file properties....is it a zip file...a rar file....why won't it show properties

Did all that....finally got it to run process...goes to 100% and appears like it is going to do something else and then says failed flashing process...critical error febe 0047

it should be an SBF file, if it is not then you have to unpack it and get the SBF file out of the zip/rar archive.
