I went and downloaded bugless beast, then i cleared and wiped cache and made backup, it went to reboot and its know stuck at a screen with a triangle and exclamation inside with phone laying down??

thats the recovery screen. sounds like you still need to install bugless.

check out link 2 in my sig on how to use ur recovery and reread the bugless thread in petes section to find out what exactly you need to do

oh yes i didnt read it carefully enough. this is the stock recovery.

to the OP, were you rooted before trying to do this?

yes i was rooted, using ROM manager, already flashed clockworkmod and made backup, then went to download a ROM and well failed.
