My wife is in college and all of the homework and text books are online through webassign and aplia. the site say this is mobile friendly software, but clearly it's not!, it won't work on her droid razr max or galaxy tab 3, it also doesn't work on my note 2. Question is how do we get it to work on android? It requires adobe flash 10.0 and jave, we have Adobe flash on all 3 devices still no go.

Try changing the setting in your browser. Set it to view as desktop and see if that works
 
It depends on the architecture of that site. And there are a few difference among browsers to render the same html/css/javascript code. My suggestion is to try more browsers to see it works or not.
 
The site comes up but when you try to read the book it shows half of one page and half of the next, it won't center..and the company says, it is mobile friendly. .....probably only on apple crap!
