Help!!

I recently bought a sgs3 and I keep noticing that apps I've downloaded (facebook/messenger, etc) keep getting deleted and I have to re install them. Can you tell me why this is happening? After having an iPhone for years I decided to go with a change and so far I'm loving this phone. But if this keeps happening I'm going to take my phone back and get the iPhone 5. Any help or suggestions is appreciated. Thanks so much!!!!

Have you tried factory resetting your phone? I know its a pain to re-download everything but I would give that a shot. I have not seen anything remotely similar to that happening or any related posts doing a quick search. If that doesn't work try swapping out the phone it was a defect they should just give you a brand new one. I advise all possible measures before going to an iphone 5. Android just has way too many benefits. for example there is an app that will let you activate your device as a wifi hotspot without even rooting it!!! You just can't get that kind of customization with Apple.
