My wife is having a problem with her phone freezing sense the update. If anyone could help I would really appreciate it.

I have two suggestions and a last resort option:

1. Soft Reset (Power + Volume Down for 5-10 seconds)
2. Are there any apps that were installed around the same time as the update? Perhaps a new app isn't playing nice with the rest of the system. You could try uninstalling any new apps (maybe an app that doesn't have strong reviews?). If you uninstall anything, it might also be a good idea to complete everything with a soft reset.

3. Last Resort: Factory Reset

If nothing solves the issue, I would head to Verizon and attempt to get a replacement. I know these are basic suggestions, but really that's all YOU should have to attempt before getting a device that works properly.

This is great advice and will hopefully get the phone back to a non-freezing state...as asked in a previous post - it freezes while doing what or just freezing at various times...good luck and keep us posted on the outcome.

Thank you guys for your suggestions. I will try the first one and then go from there.
