Help with SD card

I just installed mini info app and saw that my SD card is al most full??? 14,780MB and i only hav 15185 capacity? whay is it so full? i have like 60 apps downloaded? how do i check what is on it and erase what i dont want?

woops i just noticed that, that was the amount of room i had LEFT on my sd card..im so stupid lol
