Help with saving pics from an email to my gallery!!!

I have done this before but cannot remember how....Please help!! I receive an email with a pic attached and wish to save it to my DX2 gallery...
 
I just powered my phone off then back on and VOILA!!!!! All 10 copies of the same pic I tried to save yesterday are there!!!! Grrrr
