Help with Samsung Admire SCH-r720 ROM/kernel 800Mhz to 1Ghz possible?

I have the phone Rooted. Super user Installed Rom Manger V.4.3.1.5

I cant get the rom Installed Im not sure if its the Rom or the phone, maybe im missing something

I've tryed useing ChevyNo1-1.0Ghz-lowV-7slot-update

If anyone could help me that be grate im a noob, trying to hit 1Ghz from 800Mhz.
