Help flashing ROMs samsung fascinate

I have 2.1 update (rooted) and I want to install a custom rom (SONOFSKYWALKER3) I have odin3 v. 1.82 and ROM MANAGER PRO. I have tried to do it with rom manager but it keeps saying file isnt signed. Any detailed help would be great, thanks guys.

Follow those instructions and install a Froyo Rom with ODIN, this will install the red custom recovery, root you etc....IT WILL WIPE YOUR PHONE

Then after all that is said and done you can stick with it or move on to SSW3's Rom if you want

I'd recommend a nice Superclean install.. Im on 2.9.2 with a wicked fast kernel. No problems and I love ittt. Just search the forums for super clean 2.9.2

Voodoo is a component in a kernel that makes other improvements/changes to your phone. Like lagfix, sound quality improvements, color fixes for your screen.. Its not completely necessary... But I love boosting my headphone volume lol.
