Help With my Droid incredible 2

so i just got this phone on ebay and i wanana get it unlocked but when i visit every htc unlocking website and type in my imei it tells me its invalid or it wont work or somthing i really need some help thanks

Did you check your settings to see if 'Disable SIM Card' option is on or not? I believe it's Settings > Security > Disable SIM Card
