Help with home screen icons

Which icons are you referring to? There are at least a dozen in that picture...

The menu. "Notifications, Settings, etc."

Do you mean the location of the images themselves so you can theme them, or how to get the menu to pop up?
If you mean the menu, just go to the home screen and press the Menu button on your phone.
If you mean the images, I have no idea
