Help viewing full internet sites

When I'm accessing the internet from my droid x 2, a lot of web pages say "page optimized for your android device". Is there a way to get around that to view the pages in their normal internet viewing mode? I've tried entering "about:debug" in the address bar, then going to my internet settings on my phone and changing the ua string to desktop. That worked on my droid x, but when I upgraded to droid x 2 it has not work properly. Some of the pages are still saying "page optimized for your android device". Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

Download Dolphin Browser HD from the market it's free. Press the menu key go to More>Settings>Dolphin settings and change the User Agent to Desktop.

Second that advice, been using both, Droid set mobile and Dolphin set desktop, works great.
