help tracking down a problem

I need help in tracking down a program or setting that is turning my phone's sound on.

I keep my phone on vibrate. The only program I know of that alters this setting is Silent Snap that seems to only be able to put my phone in silent instead of vibrate when I am done using the camera.

For the past few weeks, something is switching the sound of my phone on. From what I can tell, my settings are to only be in vibrate and the only battery mode I use is nighttime saver, which shouldn't control the volume either.

Any suggestions on where I should look for what is changing the setting, or what app I might be able to use to help track it down?
