HELP Restoring to Factory Default

I have a Droid X with system version 2.3.15, android version 2.2 Baseband Version BP_C_01_09_07P with kernel version 2.6.32.9-ga42712e rooted with ROM Rumm Rx v1.0 installed and i want to restore back to factory defaults can someone please give me the step by step i need to do a Full SBF flash with RSD light including a link to the correct SBF file?
