help radio not working?????

Ok so i can browse...use the market etc....but suddenly i cant txt or send calls. Using DM and havent gotten the update that keeps bugging me the last 2 days. Any ideas?

Update its not me vz is having an issue in my area....and the tech i talked to asked if i got the update...i said no and chuckled....she laughed and said me either i didnt wanna mess up my root haha
