Hi all,
I'm a noob with android, and i think i bricked my new xoom 3G tablet (MZ601).
Current problem: Stuck at logo screen.
How I got this problem:
I followed these instructions in order to unlock the boot loader:
1. adb reboot bootloader
2. fastboot oem unlock
Then i followed these instructions to try and root:
1. adb reboot bootloader
2. fastboot flash boot rootboot.img
3. fastboot reboot
4. adb remount
5. adb push su /system/bin
6. adb shell ln –s /system/bin/su /system/xbin/su
7. adb shell chmod 4755 /system/bin/su
8. adb push Superuser.apk /system/app
And now my device isn't recognized by the PC anymore (Win 7), and it's stuck with the Motorola logo.
I've read on some thread that I might need to 're-stock' the device - but I don't have the original files, and also I can't seem to get it to communicate with my PC (via USB).
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks in adv (-!
