Ok I reflashed with the new sbf and everything seems good... its booted normally. The only thing is that Rsdlite says bootup the phone manually so i did and then removed the usb. now there is a blue triangle in my notification bar. What does this mean?

The blue triangle means you're roaming. That means you just have to activate it... Or you're in Canada!
