help please with minecraft

I'm sorry if this is in the wrong thread . My son and I play minecraft pe , he plays it much more than I do but we like playing it together. Anyway our question is my son wants to get the pixelmon downloaded to minecraft pe on his phone and mine too if its possible. So how can we do that I've found a lot of downloads for that but they are in rar form . Is there a way to get this on android's minecraft pe or just the laptop? I downloaded it to my droid razr maxx and tried to open it with androzip and messed around with it for a while . No luck . Then I put it on the laptop and used winrar to try and make it a zip file well I don't know if it worked . I tried to add it back to my maxx but it didn't work . So does anyone know how to get this Pokémon (pixelmon) app added to minecraft. Thanks for any help
