help needed---rooted milestone wifi tether

hi guys!!!

i have milestone rooted 2.1 [G.O.T theme] frm india......
installed wifi tether frm []Project Hosting on Google Code

i have used it previously it was working fine but now its displaying a message
"unable to start tethering please try again"

and i dont have internet acces on my phone right now...but i don't think this might be a case !!!

i ll soon activate net on mah phone ...plzz help me guys!!:motdroidhoriz:

battery pull does that mean removin the battery and placing it back??

i've done it alreADY!! but still nothinG works the same message is displayed!!!
