HELP! issues...

Ok, so the other day I was talking with my mum on the phone, and the speaker just went out. She kept saying 'hello? Hello?'. I thought it was just the reception because my Grandma's house is on a hill, but last week when I went over to my friend's house who had my same phone and carrier and my cell phone didn't work, I knew something was wrong. I have no damage to my cell phone, and after hard resets nothing has changed, however now my phone screen doesn't go to landscape mode at ALL. Also, there are frequent freezing periods where I can't unlock my phone and then it turns itself off. PLEASE HELP! I know this was long, but PLEASE HELP!

Sounds like you have a defective device. Contact Verizon and explain to them your problems. They will walk you through some steps and if that doesn't get it working, they will most likely send you a replacement device IF you are still under warranty. OR if you have insurance, file a claim.
