help?? issue getting into recovery

i just flashed a kernel through rom manager and now am stuck in a loop where the phone starts up all fine and then about 3-4secs after the lockscreen shows up the phone turns off and reboots. I know the phone is completely rooted. i rooted the long way. tried volume up/down with no dice

Main thing wrong.. I forgot to delete the PG05IMG.zip file after i updated. so when i go to the Bootloader it automatically asks if want to update. I cant get to a file manager on the phone to delete that file because its in a boot loop.

any suggestions or help would be very much appreciated

You might have to go into your phone from a pc using adb..

okay so last night i went to the bootloader and said yes to the update thing, and let it reboot, i have S-OFF. should i just start again at step 7 and push SU, busybox, and psneuter?
