U did something wrong or used the wrong .sbf. After using RSDLite your phone should be in out of the box condition, software-wise. If you do it again and your phone is back to factory and u still have no 3G its a hardware problem.

Ok, the SBF file doesn't have to be on my sd card right? I just tried the file again to go back to factory but in my phone settings it says:
Android version 2.3.3
Baseband version C_01.43.01P
Kernel version 2.6.32.9_0.6GHz_SV_V0.1 root@pete #46
Build number GPA14
I don't think this is stock.
Wait, how are you trying to SBF? Are you trying to flash it like a ROM straight from your phone? This needs to be done using RSDlite on a PC, and you need the SBF for your phone model. It doesnt really matter what version it is.
There are quite a few how-to's for SBFing that have specific step by step instructions
That is a recovery only .sbf it won't get u back to stock. Follow my unroot link in my Sig to use Rsdlite to get your phone stock. Follow the instructions for what u want to do exactly. I think you want option 5 but I'm mobile right now.
