Can someone help me root mine droid x I upgraded last night to 2.3.32 SBF. Thanks to THB and Mydroidworld to make it happen keep up the hard work. But I cant root my phone now can anyone help me Thanks to all
I have just flashed the SBF 2.3.32 to my droid x as well, but have yet to root. The reason being is that I wanted to make sure there were no critical errors that needed fixing prior to modding. I have done some research and have found something called "z4root" that has since been pulled from the market. Even so you can find it here [APP] z4root - xda-developers
It is an application so it should be very straightforward. A word of caution though: make sure you wait for it to finish as it may take up to 10 minutes or more on some devices, so don't pull the battery.
