I'm currently waiting on a response. I did a quick Google search and saw threads upon threads of people who were IN safe mode, but nothing on how to get INTO safe mode.

Used my backup app to back up all my apps, videos, pics and numbers, did a factory reset, downloaded the app and success, phone works even faster and way better, git rid of a bunch of bloat ware too
