Help backing up Bionic

So my rooted Bionic isn't charging and Verizon sent me a new one. I'm having a hard time figuring out how to backup the old phone so I can just transfer all my settings to the new phone (I'm still new to all this!) I would be grateful for any help or advice on how to do this. Thanks in advance!

If you clicked on check box, Google backs up all settings, and when you sign in it restores them. I don't know how much, but when I first got my Bionic it brought back WiFi settings, and a wallpaper I was using.

If you're rooted, are you using something like titanium backup?

Yes, I have Titanium - but I'm not sure how to use it exactly : )

so I backed up like the guide said, rooted the new phone, went to restore but none of my data is there....
