I picked up a Droid 2 (R2D2 edition) in December 2010...came over to Android from a RIM BlackBerry Tour 9630. What a difference!

welcome to the forum! absolutely its way different from RIM. more modifications here and ur in control, most of the time. former original Storm user also, miss it but wont go back

The only thing I really miss from my 9630 is BBM...my wife still has the Tour and GTalk just isn't as comprehensive. However, with BBM supposedly going cross-platform later this year, that situation will be rectified.
