Just wanted to say Greetings & Salutations and indtroduce myself.
I am known on most forums as Algeron or in WoW as Lughnasadh. I work in the IT field and run the Tech Support department for a software company.
I decided to join the forums after I was given a Droid X as a company forum, and this phone has turned into the "bane of my existence. When I took the phone to Verizon, I was told it was normal for the phone to have a short battery life and that they needed to do a master reset.
So, I decided to come here looking for better advice before I go back to Verizon.
So far, I would like to say "Thanks" for the responses, and if I keep the phone, I look forward to hanging around for a while.
