hdmi connected pop up and camera

so I have the first DROID razr and starting two days ago something had been popping up saying my hdmi is connected. It is not and after trying various things, it will not go away. This is very frustrating. Besides this there is something wrong with my camera and my phone playing videos. When i open the camera the camera screen only shows black. I can still take a picture and it will work but it will only shoe a lack screen while trying to take the picture. And when i try to watch videos on YouTube the around comes out but again, no video no image. My phone has been very slow and acting weird since. Any ideas on how I can fix these issues? Thanks
