HBOGO HELP

I am DirecTV / HBO subscriber. I have HBOGO on my laptop. Works fine but when I download and install the hbogo app from play store I can not get past sign in. Always get the error msg " email or password is incorrect ". Very frustrating, made even worse when my daughter installed on her moto x 2gn and signed right on using my email and password, no problem. She also did same with showtime app. I get same issue with showtime as well
Anyone have this problem and if so fix??
 
Did she sign in before you? I had a similar issue, though I'm on Charter Cable, but I think my fiance was signed in on her tablet under that username.

She was watching showtime. I got a response from HBO, they say it is a DirecTV issue.
 
I am beginning to think DirecTV bounced me because she was signed in using my account and password. Will have to nix her doing that in future.
 
I did a cache partition wipe yesterday hoping that would help with the directv login problem. Now my wifi is all screwed up. connects right away but then nonresponsive. so, I soft reboot a few times, dreading a FDR, no joy. Uninstalled the Chrome 40 browser after clear data. force stop. then reinstall chrome and went to play store and updated it back to 40...
agonizingly slow, reminds of my old BB Bold from years ago. what to do??
 
FDR, didn't want to do it but did it and it worked. able to sign in Directv for any of our premium channels but the wifi is still crappy. Good connection to wifi but showing only 24 mbps when tab shows 54.
