Having an unusual issue on S3

I have noticed about 3 or 4 times so far that the phone turns off in my pocket. Really strange issue. Phone is stock with exception of a few bloatware apps disabled.

Any ideas or thoughts?

Is there a in pocket detection enabled? I know Motorola phones have it, but I'm not sure about the GS3.

I don't think the battery can come loose on here. I do have a good phone case on it as well. I had the face detection turned on but I was not seeing a difference so I turned that off for now.
