Has anyone used the site handster?

I got an invite to put my app on handster, they seem like a legitimate business and are registered with the BBB. It is free to put my application on there, but has anyone used them? Also does anyone know if this violates googles TOS for the android market at all? I don't believe so but any advice would be nice.
