Hardware or software?

Recently, three problems: oldest, cannot use manage apps in settings. Goes back to previous screen. Second, phone will not turn completely off unless battery removed. Reset phone works fine. Third, since yesterday, screen will not stay off. Have it always on, but when I use button to manually turn off, comes back on.

Any thoughts? Thanks!

sounds like a software issue to me.
the only thing i could suggest is to do a factory reset and start from scratch. could be an app you downloaded, or it could have been just a glitch from something else.

I thought I would look at what recently downloades apps interfere with settings, uninstall, and see if that helps. First, wondering if any other Tbolt with same problems.
