iam using milestone now and looking to root my new 2.1 rom update...

oso very intresterd to put HTC Desire rom in my Milestone.... anybody can help me...

Welcome to the forum

Although, I don't believe the Milestone is capable at all of flashing custom ROMs. Motorola locked it up in Europe. It can be rooted (2.0.1 can) and you will probably have to wait til they root the Milestone's 2.1 firmware

I doubt that would work....

I would say they will need to discover a whole new root exploit within your new 2.1 firmware. Thus resulting in a slightly different method
