Adding the folders from the widget menu when pressing screen shows folders that has a recent name which shows every call or text ever made. Any way to erase this info

I figured this out. Go to contacts move screen to the right. Hit settings, and erase all communication history. The phone Stores recent calls and all communication with each contact and that it what is displayed in the folder from the widget screen.
