Gummy 3ghot spot problems

Hey guys I got the gummyjar rom but for some reason I can't the the 3 g hot spot to install Idk what I'm doing wrong both the Mynet.API and its other file opinion I don't remember are on my systems folder permissions set but still nothing help I use it for my ps3 and ever other wifi tether is a add-hock

Heres what i did.

Go here http://www.droidforums.net/forum/drod2169-x/109503-rubix-focused-1-9-5-a.html

Then download the rom and extract the Mynet.apk from the rom.

Copy it into your /system/app and set permissions

Reboot. Now it should be installed. And just to make sure its hacked i went here and installed this
