I installed the free handcent app. Set up your groups in google contacts. I have to select the number I want to text for each member of the group that has multiple numbers in the contact (anyone tell me how to get around that?) but it will allow you to set up and send group texts.

What happened to group texting? Before 4.1.2 I could select a group that I already have setup and send a text to them. Is that now GONE in 4.1.2???
